About this practice: Founder and managing director of Todd Architects and Planners. In practice on own account since retirement in 2005. Since then various commissions include: Design of new build housing in a conservation area, the design and achievement of Planning Permission for the conversion of stables, coach house and byre and a substantial residential extension to an early 19th century court house. Was the founding chair of the DCAL's Ministerial Advisory Group responsible for advising the Government on quality aspects of architecture and built environment and in 2007 was appointed by the Vice Chancellor of QUB to review the university's architecture course. Has gained extensive experience of almost all aspects concerning planning, architecture and construction over 45 years since graduation.
